Tracy Gehlan joined Driven Brands in July 2020 as President, Car Wash International.
Gehlan is responsible for all ICWG regions outside the United States and is based in the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Driven Brands, Gehlan was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Hertz International, a combination of franchise and corporate locations across 89 markets spanning the Hertz, Dollar Thrifty and Firefly brands. She was responsible for the overall performance of the region and was a member of the global senior management team.
Gehlan began her career in the Restaurant industry, beginning her career at the Restaurant Group, the largest independent, U.K.-based restaurant company. She moved on to Burger King, where, after holding many roles across the organization, rose to Chief Operating Officer of Burger King EMEA.
Gehlan has extensive experience in the International market, with over 20 years of experience in customer-facing and franchise management roles, managing all aspects of the business from operations, marketing, revenue and finance. She brings a passion for excellence, innovation and understanding the customer journey and a focus on developing and growing her teams.
