Tessa Baker is the Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at Driven Brands, leading the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy and shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture that supports business growth. She oversees talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, total rewards, employee experience, internal communications, and human resources operations.
Before stepping into her current role, Tessa served as Vice President of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness at Driven Brands. She previously held HR leadership roles at Biogen, UPL, Arysta LifeScience, and Eaton. Across more than 20 years in human resources, she has led large-scale transformations, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and complex organizational change while aligning people strategies with measurable business outcomes.
Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
